William
Ward
Griffin- President, Founder – Ward is a native of Asheville
and brings over ten years of
experience in real estate and construction to GRACE, Inc.
Ward began his career in the Charlotte, NC
office of the global commercial real estate and development company
Trammell
Crow Company (TCC). While
at TCC Ward
specialized in industrial properties and worked in the areas of general
brokerage, construction management, land assembly, development and
investment
sales. After 7
years in the Queen City
Ward had the opportunity to move home to Asheville
and learn a new aspect of the real estate business.
Ward spent the next 2 ½ years with
Beverly-Hanks Mortgage learning real estate lending.
In early 2005 Ward utilized the culmination
of his experiences to realize a lifelong dream in helping found GRACE,
Inc.. Ward has
Bachelor of Science from Wake Forest University
with a focus
in Accounting and Analytical Finance.
Ward also has a Master of Business Administration
from the University
of North Carolina
at Charlotte
with a concentration in Finance.
Marc Jance – Marc
is a Native of Michigan and moved to the Asheville area 3 years
ago. Marc has over 30 years of construction experience covering
all aspects of the business. Before leaving Michigan Marc operated his
own construction company and built a reputation for quality and
integrity. Marc and his wife Pam spent four years renovating and
operating a small resort on an island off the coast of New
Zealand. After returning to the mainland Marc and Pam purchased a
farm just outside of Waynesville and build a magnificent log
home. Marc is in charge of all remodeling, addition, realtor
services and punch work for GRACE, Inc..
Melanie Carpenter Griffin
– Client Coordinator – Melanie
is a native of Virginia
and moved to Asheville
in 2002. Melanie
spent much of her career in the
staffing industry and most recently was the Staffing Manager for
Friday’s
Staffing in Asheville. Melanie now brings her 10
years of experience
in helping people meet their goals by finding the perfect fit for their
needs
to GRACE, Inc. Her
attention to detail, eye for quality and great taste ensure that her
customers’
expectations are met in full. Melanie
puts her customers at ease as she guides them through the design and finish selection. Melanie
has a Bachelor
of Arts from Randolph Macon College.
Jody Gill
–
Office Manager and Accounts Payable – Jody is a native of Asheville
and has a career background in
personnel. In her previous position as a Staffing Generalist with
Friday
Staffing in Asheville,
she was named NCASP Rookie of the Year for 2006. Jody now utilizes her
organizational
skills and meticulousness as the Office Manager and Accounts Payable
employee
for GRACE, Inc. Jody has a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Business
Administration, concentrating in Human Resource Management, and Music,
concentrating in Voice from Converse College.
She is currently
pursuing a third major in Accounting.
